 Studio Coordinator & Project Manager
Part-Time (15-30 hours per week)


Wandering Lark is a candle studio located in Burlington, NC. We design, create and ship soy candles to stores and customers all across the United States.

We are looking for a part-time studio coordinator and project manager willing to jump in, learn, and take part in the company's day-to-day operations.

AVAILABILITY:  We are looking for someone with open availability Monday – Thursday during our regular hours 10am – 5 pm.


Studio Coordinating
(Will be provided training for candle pouring)

  • Responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring that timelines are met
  • Auditing and maintaining our retail and wholesale websites
  • Keeping the studio organized, clean and in order
  • Packing and shipping online and wholesale orders with care and attention to detail
  • Delivering shipments to shipping providers
  • Assistance with managing stock and supply levels
  • Pouring Candles
  • Labeling candles with attention to detail
  • Receiving freight shipments, unpacking, and putting away
  • Other duties as assigned

Marketing & Project Management

  • Keep the website up to date with current promotions and stock levels
  • Email Marketing - sending updates and staying in touch with customers and affiliates
  • Managing our affiliate program
  • Assist with customer service both in-person and online including Facebook, Email, Instagram
  • Assist with Social Media 
  • Other projects as assigned


  • Preferred Experience with: Asana, Canva, Active Campaign, Shopify, Planoly, Dropbox, Facebook, Instagram
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both digital and in-person 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytic and project management skills
  • An eye for always improving processes
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Must love fragrance
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
